Warranty and Repairs

For the first two years, all of our products are covered by warranty. Please note that the warranty excludes accidental damage, not following care instructions, and wear damage.


We prepared instructions on how to take care of your knitwear, which you can find here: Knitwear Care. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@sollisti.com.


After your warranty expires, you are still able to send us your knitwear for repair. This may include a fee, depending on the complexity of the repair.

How to Prepare your product for warranty or repair


Make sure that your knitwear is in the same condition as when you received it.


Fill out you warranty card, stating the reason for warranty or repair claim.


Re-pack the product safely as you received it (we recommend using the same cardboard shipping box to minimise waste),


In your SOLLISTI packaging you will find a printed return label, which you have to stick to the outside of the cardboard shipping box. Ensure that the label and QR code are visible, and drop off the package at your local courier service.
