By creating an account in our Shop, you accept these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the contents of which you can check here). Please read them and do not purchase our products if you do not accept the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions—you will be informed about it by making the unified text of the Terms and Conditions available on this subpage and by displaying information about the changes, visible after logging in to your account in our Shop. The changes shall come into force as of the date indicated by us, but not earlier than within 7 days from the date of publication of the consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions in the Shop. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall not affect the provisions of agreements concluded before their effective date.

The products we sell

At our shop, we offer retail of our own hand-made, sustainable knitwear, including clothing and accessories. All products offered through the Service are new and free from physical and legal defects.


Creating an account in the Shop

The purchase of goods offered by us does not require creating an account in the shop. It is possible to place orders both after registration of the Customer's account and without registration.

However, creating an account shortens the ordering process and excludes the need to provide your data each time you place another order.

Creating an account requires entering an e-mail address and establishing a password for the account. By creating an account, you agree to provide complete and up-to-date information about yourself. It is also possible to create an account using your Facebook profile or Google account.

You cannot assign permissions of your account created in the Shop to anyone else or allow anyone else to use it. You should protect the security of your account and password, you should not share your Shop account password with anyone.

You can register in our Shop and purchase products and items without registration, if you have full legal capacity (you are of legal age). If you are a person without full legal capacity, you may only purchase products with the prior consent of your parent, guardian or legal representative.

If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, legal entity or other entity, you should be entitled to use the Shop and act on their behalf.

Once you have created your account, you will be able to enter additional information in your account profile, such as shipping addresses or contact numbers, or specify your preferred payment method.

Placing the orders

Orders can be placed 24/7.

In order to place an order, perform the following actions, some of which may be repeated many times:

  • add the product to your shopping cart;

  • choose the type of delivery;

  • choose the type of payment;

  • indicate the address or place of shipment;

  • place an order in the shop by using the button “Order and pay”

or place an order to: info@sollisti.com and include: the product, size, shipping type, payment type.

Clicking on the button “Order and pay” will result in a binding order for the products in the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by an e-mail directly after its placement. The agreement is concluded upon the receipt of your order confirmation. If we are unable to process your order, e.g. due to the shortage of products, we will notify you by e-mail and immediately reimburse the price you paid. If you prefer, we can also adjust your order by providing a different product of your choice and settling the price difference accordingly. We declare that we send the ordered products after paying the full price.

We process orders in United Kingdom and selected countries of the European Countries - you can check the availability of shipping to a given region each time you check the shipping options.

The products are shipped within the period specified in the product description, and for orders consisting of many products within the longest time limit specified in their descriptions. If a delivery period is indicated on working days, it shall be understood as all days from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. You are bound by the prices offered at the time of ordering. All prices stated by us are gross prices including VAT. The product shall remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been made.

When placing an order, you will be able to choose one of the available shipping options. You will also be informed about its cost before placing an order.

In our Shop, payments for ordered products can be made in British Pound. We offer the following payment methods: payment by credit card and PayPal.

For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain types of payment.

All payment reimbursements are made automatically to the account used by you to make payment for the ordered product. In case of payment by a wire transfer, credit card or PayPal, payments will be reimbursed to the account from which the payment was made.


Payments and Security

Our website and services are designed to provide fully secure payments:

  • We are using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a security technology for establishing an encrypted link between your information and our website.

  • We fully follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling your payment details.

  • We maintain secure, encrypted connection when we collect and store your personal information.

  • Help us protect your account. You cannot assign permissions of your account created in the Shop to anyone else or allow anyone else to use it. You should protect the security of your account and password, you should not share your Shop account password with anyone. Do not use public and unsafe computers and wi-fi networks. If you suspect that your account is compromised, contact us immediately at info@sollisti.com and we will make sure to restore the security of your account and protect your personal data.  

Shipment of products

We do our best to ensure that our products are brought to you safely and as soon as possible. We use Royal Mail Services.

The shipment of products within the United Kingdom is carried out by:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery

  • Royal Mail Tracked


The shipment of products within the European Union is carried out by:

  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

Intellectual property rights

Images, descriptions and other information reflect the products we offer in the Shop to the fullest extent possible. We undertake to make every effort to ensure that the product information presented is up to date, complete, and accurate.

All rights to the Shop and offered products, in particular intellectual property rights to names, trademarks, domains, forms, graphics, articles, images, belong to us or our business partners. Their copying or distribution may violate our rights or the rights of our business partners.


Information sent

Users cannot provide, post, or transmit any unlawful content through the Shop. If you have become aware of any illegal activity of another user, you should immediately inform us about it by sending an e-mail to the address given at the beginning of the Terms and Conditions.

We have the right to modify or remove all or part of any statements or other content on the Shop that violates these Terms and Conditions, applicable law or decency, or that is likely to damage our reputation or expose us to any liability whatsoever.

Technical requirements necessary to use the Shop

The technical requirements necessary to operate with the Shop’s ICT system are as follows:

  • Access to a device connected to the Internet;

  • Web browser.


Withdrawal from the agreement

You have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement for any product purchased from us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you (or a person designated by you who is not a carrier, e.g. a household member) came into possession of the product. In order to keep the period, it is enough that you give notice of withdrawal before its end.


Withdrawal must be made by a clear statement of intent (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the withdrawal form template, which can be found here.

If you withdraw from the sales agreement immediately, but no later than fourteen days after receipt of your notification, we will reimburse you for all payments received, excluding shipping charges. You are responsible for shipping costs related to return of the product.   

The reimbursement will be made automatically to the account used by you to pay for the product you purchased, unless there is a mutual agreement on a different method of reimbursement.

We may refuse to reimburse you until we receive the returned product or until you provide us with proof that the product has been shipped to us.

Remember, the product must be returned to us immediately, but no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your withdrawal from the agreement. As in the case of withdrawal itself, the period shall be deemed to have been kept if the product is shipped within fourteen days.

Remember also that you are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics or performance of the product.

The above right to withdrawal does not apply to bespoke, made-to-order items referred to in w The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The information about the lack of the right of withdrawal is indicated by us in the description of the made-to-order item.


Complaint procedure

You can submit each complaint to us in writing, by e-mail or by phone to the addresses and numbers indicated at the beginning of the Terms and Conditions. If the data or information provided in the complaint will need to be supplemented, before its processing, we will ask you to complete them in the indicated scope. We will try to process your complaint as soon as possible; we guarantee that it will not take us longer than 14 days. You will receive a reply to the complaint by e-mail to the address assigned to your account in the Shop or by e-mail or, if such information is not known to us, in writing.

If we process a complaint in your favour, we will repair or replace the product in question with a complete product, or if replacement is not possible, we will reimburse the amount due for that product within fourteen days of the date on which the complaint was processed. You may, instead of the remedy proposed by us, demand a replacement of the product with a defect-free one, or instead of a replacement, demand a remedy, unless it is impossible or excessively expensive to bring the product into compliance with the agreement in the manner of your choice, compared to our proposal.
